Meeting Room Reservation/Information Request

Note: Library programming is the primary purpose of the meeting rooms, but we will strive to accommodate your event if possible. Requests made over the weekend will be answered on the following weekday.

Meeting room policies, amenities, and rates can be found in our Room Reservation Policy.

Please fill out a room reservation request for your preferred space using our calendar by clicking the appropriate link below.

All reservation requests are pending until the deposit has been paid (if applicable) and the Director of Library Services has approved them.

By Date: See all available rooms on your preferred date.
By Room: Large Meeting Room (capacity 150), Annex Classroom (capacity 45) or Conference Room (capacity 16)

Any events larger than 150 can be held within the library itself.
